    steering gs750

I seem to have alot of questions.... and first id like to thank all of those great people who replied to me.
Question: When I turn my handelbars, left and right, to turn my wheel, once I hit the middle position where id be going straight, I feel a "notch" in the steering. It feels like at that spot ( straight) the steering falls in a groove. I turn a slight bit harded, and it get out of the groove..... happens both when i turn left or right. ( Bike was in storage for 10 yrs and 65,000 kilometers on it.
    Is this normal ??

No, that's not normal ... you need to remove the steering head and grease or replace the bearings - none of our bikes have an "auto center" steering system.

Definitely shot bearing(s). Check the races in the steering stem too.

Thanks for your advice. I greased the bearing, and presto.... smooth as silk !!!
