steering
what is the biggest contributing factor to ease of steering.while one bike might want to fall into a slow speed corner another will almost have to be forced to turn in.the reason i ask is i have 2 bikes and they seem to be at both ends of the spectrum thank`s MarkTags: None

tyre wear, tyre profiles, steering stem bearings , swingarm bearings, wheel bearings and even tyre pressures will all make a difference.

I would say the biggest contributor is trail, if all else is equal (inflation, etc.). The more trail you have the slower it turns, and the heavier it feels when you try to recenter. This is due to the "drop" in the plane of the axle as you turn.
