    Permenate magnet on starter motor

I have a Nippondenso four magnet starter, 31100-49210, and one of the four magnets has come lose. It is still usable if I can get the magnet to stay glued down...has anybody else seen this and did they fix it? What adhesive did you use?

This is what I decided to do. I used a two-part epoxy and glue what remained of the magnet (about 20% was chipped off) so I can use the starter until I find another.

Be careful, Hap. Epoxy is softened with heat, and your bike engine is more than hot enough to loosen the epoxy.

I used a high temp epoxy. But it couldn't be any worse than what it was...already loose.
