    Size of machine screws for gas tank emblems

    Hi all;
    Over the winter I have been doing some paint work on my GS650GL. I should finish the final coats and clearcoat within a few days and want to go out next weekend. In the confusion of parts, I can't find the small (ie. tiny, miniscule) machine screws that affix the "Suzuki" emblems to the sides of the gas tank. Does anyone know what size they are or would someone measure one for me so I can pick some up from my local hardware store?

    Thanks in advance,
    Cdn George

    I saw some stainless steel ones on Ebay the other day. The ad didn't say what size they were but they were stainless steel.

    You might keep an eye out for them. I don't think they were won.

        Gentlemen - thank you both for your replies. If my hardware store does not have that size machine screw, I'll head for e-bay.

        Thanks again.

          See if you have a bolt and screw specialty supply company in your area. Often if they do not have what you want in stock they can order it and they cost pennies as opposed to OEM stuff.
