      You can't beat eBay for prices on pads. I have a replacement set I bought on eBay months ago, ready to be installed when it needs to be, on my own time, when it's convenient for me, and without urgency.

      As long as you're patient, eBay works great with items like brake pads. I usually bid the starting amount, no more, and quite often I'm the only bidder, so I buy it for a song...
