    noisy chain

79 gs425e just installed new rear tire. chain seems to go tight len just right then tight again. It has a master link and seems to make a noinse as this goes through the sprockets ? what do i do

If it has tight spots, the chain is probably junk.
You can try saoking it in keorsene and see if it loosens up.

Best bet, replace it. It may have also affected the sprockets.
Is it a 530 size? I have a spare 100 link, I can add about 15 links if needed.
Send me a pm if you need it
