I recommend to anyone contemplating it, to put a big, clear, plastic bag around the bar so you can put your hands inside and see through it. It''s a bit awkward to work that way, but you don't lose the tiny springs and bearings.

The one that is most difficult is the main left one, with headlight, signals and horn. If you open it really carefully, it may stay intact. Or, as many have undoubtedly found, (including me) it erupts! Then you have a puzzle, since you don't know exactly where each part came from, you piece it back together, only to discover that one essential piece is missing.
