EF, ES and E have all the same engine, execpt for that the four fins on the cylinder head are grinded on the E model. The grinding on the fin outside is only for appereance reasons as does not affect the engine specs.

The wiring harness differs a little bit in cabel length, clutch lever, mirrors, mounting bracket for instumentation cluster and some other smaller details differs also.

Handle bar height is different , the Brake master cylinders are the same , it is the bracket that holds it on that is the difference, the EF has a bracket without a mirror hole.

Mine has five fins that are ground. Is there a pattern here?

My EF also has the outside of the fins ground , it is just hidden under the fairing.
