Hmmm...apparently any of the famous names will work.
I just need one with a mid-pipe shaped the way I need.

Look at some of the Yosh, Kerker, V&H, Muzzy, D&D, Two Brothers, or any of the other top names. Look for slip on systems. They usually come with a midpipe except for the newer bolt ons. As long as it has the length you need you could have it rebent. You'll also need to get one with the inlet size as close to your header outlet size as possible.

Ah ha!!! You know what billy? You just saved the day. my next question was "Can the mid-pipe be bent?".

Dude, you absolutely rock!! Thanks for the help! I'm going up to the salvage yard with the Mac exhaust header in my car so that I can measure up what they have available that will fit.
