no they don't all have rollers, the 16 valve 750 went to a plain shell bearing, with high pressure oiling, the 1100 retained the rollers though, that's why one of the performance mods is to use the oil pump gears from a 16V 750

From the microfiche it appears that the 400E has plain bearings since they offer an assortment of undersizes.
