Oil Blow by ?
I have a 1982 gs 1100e and I have noticed oil has sprayed out from around the #2 exhaust header pipe also wet out of the exhaust pipe. engine is'nt making any unusual noises engine runs good. any clues why :? Thanks, BrianTags: None

On BS type carbs ANY bike having problems with #2 cyl, first thing to do is check the petcock vacuum line for fuel. It could ba as simple as the cylinder getting too much fuel & blowing it out the tail pipe

Maybe one of the o-rings from the center, front two cylinder head bolts may be leaking. I had a oil leaks too around that area and it was one of the o-rings.1166cc 1/8 ET 6.09@111.88

#2 Cylinder, Petcock. Happened to me once. The rubber diaphram which opens the fuel valve under vacume is connected to the #2 intake. If there is a tear in it fuel will dump into the intake.
Replace or repair the petcock.
