    just to make sure...you are starting to start the bike with the choke ON full, correct? my bike very rarely starts without the choke if it hasn't been run in a while. even in 90 degree's it wants the choke to get cranked over.

    on to the carb and spark issue. the carbs need more cleaning. spraying carb cleaner through just the bores will not work. you need to follow the carb cleaning series as someone posted, and go through the carbs. this will take only an hour after you learn how to do it. it is worth EVERY minute of your time to do it, trust me.

    as for spark, you eventually will want to replace your stock ignition coils and spark plug wires.

    lastly, put new spark plugs in. i haven't read that you did that yet.

      yeah i already changed the sparkplugs i put ngks in it!

        Quick question, how are you spraying in the starter fluid? Do you have the airbox off? These things are buggers with airflow, and will probably require the airbox on to start. Also, are the plugs wet after cranking for a minute? (i.e. they getting hit with gas)
