The best fix would be to locate a used bowl. Some salvage yards sell seperate parts from "parts carbs". I wouldn't try loc-tite, is it even gas resistant? The drain bolt is a convenience bolt, so it wouldn't actually have to be taken off again. You'll need to get some gas-proof sealant and plug up the drain hole from inside the bowl.
I would apply some sealant to the drain bolt and install as best you can and then apply the sealant inside to seal the drain hole. JB weld might work too, but a non-hardening sealant would probably work better, as long as it's gas resistant. And on the seventh day, after resting from all that he had done,God went for a ride on his GS!
Upon seeing that it was good, he went out again on his ZX14! But just a little bit faster!

Try "Seal All". It says it's gas/oil/solvent/alcohol resistant. It's used to repair gas tanks, among other things. $2 or $3 a tube. I've bought some for other repairs, worked good, but haven't tried it for this purpose. Allow it to dry like it says, I think it'll work fine. And on the seventh day, after resting from all that he had done,God went for a ride on his GS!
