Oil pressure troubble?
I know I haven;t ridden the bike in a while, but there is something that concerns me a little. Under VERY heavy braking I will have the oil light come on momentarily. sometimes a flicker, sometimes solid depending on how long and how fast I was going.
Is this normal? You'd have to be crazy to be sane in this world -Nero
If you love it, let it go. If it comes back....... You probably highsided.

Don't quote me I think there was a post a long time ago about an O ring on the oil pump pick up That when bad would allow the pump to suck air under some conditions

Of course. The oil is at the proper level. The high side of proper to boot.
SqDancer: that's something I will need to check. I have never dropped the oil pan on my bike. You'd have to be crazy to be sane in this world -Nero
