    Did Wiseco ever make a 76.5mm big bore kit for 1100??

    I have a set of Wiseco pistons that measure right around 76.5mm. They look like GS1100e pistons... Does anyone know if Wiseco ever made a set like this? I called Wiseco but all I could get from the Wiseco rep was that they may have been custom made.... but are no longer available.
    What would the displacement be anyway and would they require just a cylinder bore or resleeving if I decided to try and use them? Any help is greatly appreciated

    Wiseco lists 75mm and 76mm pistons. They say that the 75's only need boring, while the 76's need oversize sleeves and case machining. That should apply with your 76.5mm pistons

    The displacement would be 1213.4382 cc.

    The formula for 4 cylinder engines is;

    Bore X Bore X Stroke X .0031416

        These pistons are a mystery to me. They are stamped 4345 on the bottom on the one side and have the "w" in a circle on the other. Definetely a wee bit smaller than 77mm. Checked my caliper and it is dead on. Ritchie is looking these babies up in his Wiseco catalog so maybe we will have an answer in a few days....
