I have not had any luck finding an oil cooler kit. Called schnitz, pingel, orient express, lockhart today and came up empty.

Oil temp / cooler
Is anyone running a big bore 1100 4valve motor on the street. If so what size motor and what type of oil temps is the bike running. Are you using 10-40 semi synth. or have you switched to something like a 10-50 full synthetic.

Those oil coolers pop up on ebay from time to time. I have also seen a few articles on how to build one using available parts.

For my 1100e I picked up a cooler (ebay), filter cover and banjo bolts (ron ayers) from an 1150. On either side of the filter cover on the block are two bolts that block oil ports. I hooked the cooler lines up to these using the bajo bolts. Worked like a charm.

Earl's (the folks that make braided oil lines) have a couple different size coolers. They are not cheap but they are effective. My 1100ez temp dropped dramatically after I installed mine. I also use the 1150 cover and don't run the high output oil pump gears.
If you find one on ebay hopefully it will have bracket to mount cooler to bike.
I had to make my own.
Good luck.

Check this thread if the 1150 unit is not cool enough (sorry!) for you....
if you can score an 1150 set-up with lines & filter cover, its the easiest way to go. You will still need to fab up a bracket to bolt the cooler onto the 1100...the 2 holes in the frame don't line up (that would be too easy, eh?)
