    Hydraulic Clutch

I was wondering if it would be possible to setup a hydraulic clutch on our bikes?

I was thinking that this would make it easier to pull in the clutch if you have heavy duty clutch springs.

There should be lots of them around to scavenge and try to make work. Check early GSXRs. A lot of guys dump the hydraulics and convert to cable clutches. I dunno. I like my hydraulics fine.

In a drag race machine they say you have more control with a cable

I see a hydralic conversion done on a GS1100 using a rear Brake mastercylinder and the push rod engaging the clutch...dont see the point my self but hey what ever makes U happy...does look trick though

I have heard this also and that it is very difficult for running on a pro-tree, but I have never tried it myself.

I absolutely hate the hydraulic clutch on my Bandit 1200S, I have only used cable clutches prior to buying this bike. It has no feel and cannot be modulated- it is either engaged or disengaged. I will be looking to mod it to cable in the future. Ride On, Ed.

I wasn't necessarily thinking of doing it to my bike, but it was a thought that popped into my little bird brain
