I'd install a 14T upfront and 42T rear and go from there. If traction is not a problem then I'd start increasing the rear sprocket more.

Use a tie down strap also.

      Good Luck

Jake, how much is tying the front end down worth? I made some brackets to do this so I hope to try it out today. Mike J

          Maybe a tenth or 2.

Should help RT and ET cause if the bike starts to wheelie on you the only thing you can do is back off the gas. The more gear you throw at the rear the easy'er it's going to wheelie at the start and down the track in 2nd & 3rd gear so strap it down, plus it lower the front too.

You want to slip the clutch at the start and be hard on the gas all the way down and the faster you get to WOT the better so straps help alot.

That could work too as long as the top's of the sliders don't hit the bottom triple tree on a wheelie landing.

This is priceless, if not running any type of outboard support then just 10 bucks worth of steel will work too. Once you cross over to slicks and bars your going to wish you had one or the other.

Lowering will not work as well as strapping. It will lower the center of gravity the same, but it will not prevent wheelies as well.
