I am looking for any good literature on motorcycle supension theory and tuning. ANy body have any good resources, titles, etc.

Jewel Hendricks "Superbike Preparation" was written in 80s, applies directly to bias ply tires / narrow rims / 80s forks, frames and suspension. Hendricks has been doing great hot rod shop (motorcycle) and development work since the 60s.

Kevin Cameron "Sportbike performance" or something like that, more applicable to 90s tech. This is a great steaming pile of Camerons' extensive knowledge and wisdom, with priceless contributions. For instance, he says something like- think about what you really wish to accomplish before you pick up a wrench. If you want a faster bike- in other words, more power - your best and lowest cost approach may be to get a bigger/newer version of your bike.

Tony Foale, uh, something like "Motorcycle Chassis Design" very theoretical and more about scratch built, experimental, one-off weird stuff than a hotrod howto, however very useful for understanding what is going on and what can be done if ya willing to build yer own. Somewhat dated in my view, however the theory is great and it is very interesting.

Don't forget the classic book on riding, "A Twist of the Wrist II" by Kieth Code. Although it's oriented toward track widing on more modern machinery, it includes tons of material that will help you understand exactly what you want from your suspension.
