Terry hasn't been on the forum in something like 10 years.

Installing an oil cooler adapter is pretty simple: remove old cover and install adapter instead. Hook up oil cooler hoses to adapter ports.

Hi Nessism, do you know of anyone who is currently making an oil cooler adapter for a 2 valve gs 750 motor ? now that Terry is no longer on the forum

Suzuki Performance Spares in the UK & eBay sells brand new cast aluminum GS oil cooler adapters with and without the sending unit hookup. They were quite pricey last I looked, but I bet with England voting to exit the European Union, exchange rates are working in our favor in the USA quite a bit at the moment.

Making your own adapter is pretty simple. Basscliff posted the link above for a tutorial I made.

If someone were to put an ad in the Parts Wanted forum there is a very good chance that someone here with a spare will spring into action and offer one up too.
