      Jardine 4 into 1

      Dink,

You can look at Jardine's site here:

They do not have pictures of the exhaust system that I bought or of the chrome model either. They do have pictures of other systems. I called and spoke to someone in the office in charge of outside sales and he described the system to me. Basically I bought it kind of blind. I guess systems for the older bikes are not of enough importance to properly picture and represent them on the site because they don't make enough sales off of them. That's just my hypothesis.

Don't buy the system from Jardine themselves as you will pay a higher price than you would elsewhere. Don't ask me why, I thought it would be cheaper going directly to them; especially since they are only about 30 minutes from me near Racetech Suspension. I bought mine through Star Cycle, which is about two hours away. It was still cheaper to buy it and have it shipped that way. You can reach Star Cycle at:

Starcycle USA : - All Parts (By Type) Gift Certificates Bicycle Brakes Outdoor Power Equipment E-Mobility

Other vendors sell Jardine's exhaust systems and you might find it a little cheaper elsewhere. I doubt it as I throughly check into things before I buy. For a better look at the exhaust systerm check out my post here:

Good luck to all who pick one up; let me know what you think if and when you do get one. ~Gene

I've always thought of Jardine and MAC as the "cheap" brand of pipes, but I'll take Gene's word for the gain in performance. Maybe it's just a perception thing, you know, like how people say that Suzukis are better than Yamahas or Hondas or whatever. Some people just buy the name, regardless of any real word proof based on tests or performance. That being said, I like my new V&H pipes, and I'm not sending them back anytime soon! If I come across a set of Jardines at a good price, I might experiment, but I won't pay 400 bucks for a set.
