Raask makes rearsets for your bike, although I hear they're not the best quality.
If you're OK with a bit of light fabrication, get some steel plate and cut a triangular piece out of it. Drill/tap holes in it so that you can bolt it onto your stock footpeg mounting holes, then drill/tap holes wherever you like to bolt on your rearsets. This will move your feet up and back. GSXR 1000 rearsets work well because the spline pattern on the shifter shaft is the same between the Gixxer 1000 and the GS1000/1100. You may need to (I'm using Gixxer 1000 rear brake and rearsets, so this part is speculation) modify the GSXR brake rearset and/or the GS rear master cylinder to get them to work together, but the mounting methodology will be the same as the shifter rearset. Hope this helps.
