Well the bike wasn't running very well so I upgraded to a dyna s system with three ohm coils. It was very easy to install but suzuki used two different ignition suppliers at the time and dyna sent me the wrong one. So I had to wait almost three weeks calling and emailing them every other day to get the correct one. But now it starts up on the first go and runs all day long. See you at Rockerbox this weekend.

yeah, the only thing I had to do was take out the... uhhhh... center part that the bearings ride on and have the lower race machined a little smaller

also, 78gscafe, once I get my 400 done in the classic cafe style, we might totally have to go riding. I live in SE MN. Just gotta get that katana 600 rear wheel and GS1150 swingarm installed...

WOW!! 80gs1000e told me about this thread yesterday. Definitely gives me some good ideas of what to do with the Yamaha XS400 I have in pieces in my basement.

    You've done a superb job.=D>

I just took the same front end he is running off of my bike if anyone is interested. I'm using an inverted front end now. There are rotors too but one of them is warped. The top triple has handlebar mounts to run a tubular bar like a Daytona or superbike bend. Too short for 750's but would work great on a 550 or smaller.
