Lighter Charging System for 82 GS1100E?

A number of years ago, I had asked about installing a GS750 generator set up on my 82 1100E engine, as mentioned on Bob Bertaut's site. In the intervening years, I have lost the details of which generator components will bolt up to my engine. I am now shopping for GS parts again and would like to resume my hunt for this. Is it the GS750 16 valve stuff, or others?

I think it's the 16v Katana 1000 that has the lighter rotor/smaller stator...


...but if the 16v 750 stuff fits, I would like to hear it from someone who knows more than me.
