    help with stall?

I am having a problem with my gs650 flat-lining at 4300 rpm-ish when in 5th gear. It also stops at about 6000 in 4th but runs like a champ in all other gears.

Recently I had an eletrical short which blew a few fuses and a rgulator- all of the melted wiring, fuses, and the regulator have been replaced. I also went up two sizes on the main jets since I swapped in some pod filters and the top end was a little lean on the highway.

I think that its the coils dying since it only happens under a high load and in third it runs like a champ. I've also tried two different ignitors ( I had an extra lying around) but no change. Does anyone have any insight to offer? I really don't want to just start throwing money at parts that are not needed.

    Compression Test:
    120
    120
    110
    100

plugs were light tan indicating a perfect A/F mixture.

I was suprised no one had any input to offer... But I did fix the problem- I put the old stock main jets back in and it runs liek a champ... though it did loose slight power up to about 3500 rpm. I think I may try stepping my pilot jet up one size... or I may just let it be. I'm just really suprised that after changing to pods the A/F ratio is still prety close to dead on. The plugs are reading a little lean but it seems to preform best there.
