    Brand new dampners,WOW very expensive and hard to get any more. All of the other hardware in a pile. The I drilled holes in the bolts of the dampners for safety wire to keep them in place instead of locktite . Notice the spark plug in the picture,still got good color after 96k on the engine.

      OK,both fork legs ready for the lowering process and tube install...

        Now that I have cut the springs after I have put in the 2" lowering block from Pingel. If you don`t cut your springs you will never get that threaded end on and your forks will be ULTRA stiff...

                        I tried to clap but it doesn't work.
                        Right on Kris!!! Looking good. Now to weld a mount for the oil cooler so we can go pick up our heads. :-D

                          Yes that is next. I took apart the whole instrument console and cleaned it inside and out,wow that thing was filthy:shock: I love Suzuki`s way of thinkin, the whole instrument cluster can be disassembled and cleaned or repaired. The only thing that is stupid in that cluster is the tach,you can`t take it apart oh well it still looks nice.
