Brand new dampners,WOW very expensive and hard to get any more. All of the other hardware in a pile. The I drilled holes in the bolts of the dampners for safety wire to keep them in place instead of locktite . Notice the spark plug in the picture,still got good color after 96k on the engine.Last edited by Guest; 01-06-2008, 01:52 PM.

I tried to clap but it doesn't work.
Right on Kris!!! Looking good. Now to weld a mount for the oil cooler so we can go pick up our heads. :-D1983 GS 1100E w/ 1230 kit, .340 lift Web Cams, Ape heavy duty valve springs, 83 1100 head with 1.5mm oversized SS intake valves, 1150 crank, Vance and Hines 1150 SuperHub, Star Racing high volume oil pump gears, 36mm carebs Dynojet stage 3 jet kit, Posplayr's SSPB, Progressive rear shocks and fork springs, Dyna 2000, Dynatek green coils and Vance & Hines 4-1 exhaust.
1985 GS1150ES stock with 85 Red E bodywork.

Yes that is next. I took apart the whole instrument console and cleaned it inside and out,wow that thing was filthy:shock: I love Suzuki`s way of thinkin, the whole instrument cluster can be disassembled and cleaned or repaired. The only thing that is stupid in that cluster is the tach,you can`t take it apart oh well it still looks nice.
