Anyone know if any of the Hayabusa parts will retrofit on a 1980 GS750 or a 1981 GS1100's. Maybe front end, rear wheels? I've got the chance to pickup what's left of two Hayabusa's (unknown years) for next to nothing. Was wondering if I should scavenge for my GS's or just part out what I don't need to make a new Hayabusa.

I personally do not know, so maybe try and send "Katman" a PM and see if you can pick his brain.
But personally I think that you might get the front end to bolt up with some bearing and steering stop work.
That rear tire will cause a few gray hairs, but what the heck, they are on their way no matter what you do. -
Front end will go in as posted above it will need a new steering stem & alterd lockstops, the top yoke is an odd design which would be difficult to put risers & normal bars on so budget for doing something with that, front end is shorter than your stock stuff too
back end is a little more complicated, the busa swingarm is a bit too wide for your frames from memory (check that one) also the brace will catch the rear footrest mounts & possibly the battery box, it runs a 6" rear rim which at a guess will be too wide for your stock swingarms

I believe you can get around the top triple issue with a 929/954 top triple. I seem to remember that when I was doing all my running around trying to find a lower to match the upper 954.
Busa forks are very short and you will have clearence issues.
depending on the yrs they have 6.0" rear wheels.. not good for chain alignment.Comment

I have a matching aluminum swingarm from a 1980 GS1100 for the GS750, but I think 6 inches is too wide for either bike's rear wheel. Was hoping the forks would be close to the same length as GSXR forks. Are they off by an inch or less or way more? I found an aftermarket 954 upper triple with risers (no Honda logo!), would just need a lower 954 triple tree off ebay and some new bearings.Comment

954 lowers won't fit a busa frontend. I think the busa forks are 28.5", 90's gsxr 750's are 29.5 and 90's 1100's are 30.5"
