    wheelie

I do like a mad max beyond thunder dome type of wheelie, all power no clutch, get going a little bit compress the front shocks and pull her right up and throttle it out I do like a 10-20 foot wheelie and hammer down on her, my buddies ride sport bikes and I need to show them a thing or two every now and then but never on "public roads" oh ya its on an unmodified gs1100E

i have done a few wheelies on the kawi's got a 250 and 500 in the garage. Both are twin cylinders so they pull up pretty easy the 500 can hold it pretty well the 250 can't as for my 83 750e i have slipped the cluth and brought the front tire off, pretty smooth but the weight is definitely something to consider, i can't ride them out really, and i get nervous about leaning. I am 5'8" about 150 so that may help. Also only basic mods, exhaust and jet kit. But i agree keep it off the road while learning, watch for cops, and expect hard wear and tear on the bike. When slipping the clutch it can stretch the chain pretty fast. Just learn the rolling burnouts they look just as cool. also stoppies are out of the questions, but i am sure that is obvious

C'mon, now - a little better engineering and they could have pulled that one off!!

I feel sorry for them. The spectators, that is...
