    gs 650e anyone?

so ive been watching these forum threads and see lots about 1000's and 850's and even some 750's. i have a 650 e does anyone have any clue how to squeeze some more out of these things? head swaps carb swaps stroke kits. im just funny like that i guess i get this thing running right let one busa leave me in the dust and im ready to tear it back apart. hey i feel like i havent been on a ride till ive bounced my ponytail on the asphalt a couple times.

    Catch a Hyabusa on a GS650?
    Surely you jest.

Sell it to me and buy a faster bike, I've been looking for one for a long time.

didnt want to catch him but i felt like i was standing still. i have a busa and knew there was no chance there. the body work and all is looking good on the bike but i need a little more a$$ out of the motor. i know there was a recent post about using a 650 head on a 550 could you do something similar with say a 1000 head or am i getting way out of line. or mabey does anyone know if someone makes a stroker kit for that engine i dont mind having the engine bored and doing some serious machine work but it cant look like a rocket and take off like a slug.

        Seriously, get a bigger motor.

Bore it for 750 pistons and you might gain, I dunno 15% more oomph?

It's all polishing a turd when you can just buy a bigger bike cheaper than the engine work.

well in said case then i have never actually seen one of those big boy 1000 cc engines in person how much frame modding do you think id have to do to get it to fit? or should i go with say a newer model engine like ummm i dunno....... the 1300 from the wrecked busa in my shop:twisted:

i would love to see you squeeze a 1300 from a busa into that frame!!! that would be sick!

hes right though... sell it and get a bigger bike. if you want more power you gotta go bigger....

i was easily handling my 750 tscc after a couple months of riding.... your better off with a newer bike or getting an old 1150 or something like that
