It is hard to tell from those pics.
The upsweep looks Yosh, but the manifold clamps look Kerker.
The mid-pipe/header connection looks to be close to the front, the same as my old Yosh.
So to be clear, i don't know.

All right, thanks for the input guys. If anyone is interested this 4 into 1 is listed on Ebay. I contacted the seller and he does not seem to know either ? . . .

Mr. mcloud is that a replica you have or the restored racer?

How about a closer side shot of the can, and one from the rear, if possible. It looks somewhat like the Wolf Racing item on my bike....while mine does not have as much up-sweep, I have seen one installed on a Kat racebike that did. Wolf was a Canadian Co., now long gone I believe.

EDIT: Didn't see your post with that ebay link earlier.
          Tony.

the old pic makes the yosh look like the header is curved, and rounded, but your header has that flat spot between the collecter and the ends.... so i doubt its a yosh....

                pipe

The "old pic " is a hand bent Yosh pipe. You didn't buy one of these, you raced for Pops to get one of those. Pietro was a rich kid who bought a privateer bike from Pops and later sold the bike to HMC so they could see why they were getting their butts handed to them. As far as I know Brian O'Shea still owns the #88 bike. I have some pics here somewhere from before it was finished. Anyway, If you can get the guy to send you a picture of the back end, the old Yosh pipes had a flat looking baffle as opposed to the cone style you see in a kerker or mac exhaust I'm not so sure that pipe is even for a 1000, In the pic it looks like the mounting tab for the canister is above the pipe. Most 1000's exhaust have the tab below or on the lower half of the pipe and the 1100 have a tab above. For whatever that's worth

Thanks for sharing that information. I have lost interest but my last uneducated guess is could it be a Hindle exhaust? I believe their exhaust systems are characterized by a steep upsweep & canister tip.
