I did one to an 82 550L. Made it an offroad style trike(ATC) But it was street legal. Fun but I got bored of it and sold it.

Fiesta is a little "shopper" of a Ford over in the UK, we don't get them here but presumably another small FWD diff unit would work, perhaps one from a GEO, Neon, Matrix etc.
