    what were those shocks

the real inexpensive taiwan/china ones that had the really heavy springs on them? I liked those a lot but I can't dig them up in the search any more for some reason.

http://www.crc2onlinecatalog.com/rear_shocks.htm I got some of these...springs were too stiff so i got some progressives...they were too long and way too preloaded so I ended up putting the stock gs450 springs on the emgo shock. Still too stiff, but what can I do without dropping some real $$. I am a small guy on a bike that has had most the heavy stuff chopped off (mufflers, anything rear of the shock mounts)

but yes! emgo's is what i was looking ffor, they work great for me at my weight. I only wish i could get a set for my connie as well. they were great on my 81 750E and they will do great on my 76.
