Nice upgrade. Improving brakes is probably one of the most important things to do for safety. Great work Dan.

It's the smaller rotor. So would I just need these parts? Anything I'm missing?

-New Caliper
-Caliper relocation bracket
-New Rotor (from big-brake gs?)
-Brake fluid

I can't be 100% but it *should* work.... What's the distance between your caliper bolts in mm?

I do have one odd bracket because of someone else doing this on a 550 once so that works for me too..

It's the Aluminum kind so you'll need some longer bolts (8mm fine thread, you can get them online at Bolt Depot worst case but my local Truvalu does 50mm then you can cut them down to 45mm.)

I picked these rotors up off ebay for $150 Stainless braking surface, aluminum inner. Direct swap for the CBR F3 rotors. I have run them for a couple months now and put them through their paces. Much nicer than used rotors. I replaced my brake pads at about the same time.
Shipping was quick.

All steel construction this time (makes them cheaper plus allows use of thinner material so you can use stock bolts). Powdercoated Satin Black.
Weight penalty is negligable.

Includes brackets for the calipers & the rotor spacers.

$80 plus shipping (Usually about $6).

As usual these are fit at your own risk, not tested, DOT Certified etc.

The most important thing is to check tolerances carefully.

Remember that the speedo drive dust cover needs cutting down if you fit the CBR rotors.

Slight problem... 1 part is missing from the kits so currently trying to track them down or have re-made. Will keep everyone posted.
Unfortunately I am not going to be onsite personally until about November otherwise I could have pulled some ears & got this done quicker.... Unfortunately they are a pain in the butt for the people producing (more of a favour for me) so they don't get top priority.
