Greg - I notice you said you need to stop making due to time constraints.
Is the market big enough to go commercial? If so then I can probably help you out but you'd probably need in the region of 50 kits.

The screw in a 90 degree M/F brass fitting and attach the stainless hose running backward. 48" fits nicely and gets up to the handlebars.

Yes. You need to install GS750 oil pump gears to push higher volume and the little extra capacity that the top end oiling system adds.

I think it would be far simpler to take oil pressure off of the oil galley just aft of the cylinder on the right.

I really doubt any other machine shop could make these parts cheaper. My overhead is pretty reasonable. And my time is cheap. Plus I like making things. But, I have a lot of other projects that have been languishing too long that I need to get started on, and finished. So At least for the short term, I've got about another 16 sets that are 99% done, and that will be it for a while at least.The Three Horsemen

I could put them with our CNC shop in China.... Most likely would be cheaper than your own time but only if the volume was there.

Actually having tried the oil gallery already, I can say that it is not really the way to go. Running as I showed keeps the line hidden, low heat and is the easiest way to get to the handlebars.
The worst part of using a side port is that the SS lines cross (very unsitely)
So can a hole be drill down from the top to capture the oil port?

How much for the kit?1983 GS 1100E w/ 1230 kit, .340 lift Web Cams, Ape heavy duty valve springs, 83 1100 head with 1.5mm oversized SS intake valves, 1150 crank, Vance and Hines 1150 SuperHub, Star Racing high volume oil pump gears, 36mm carebs Dynojet stage 3 jet kit, Posplayr's SSPB, Progressive rear shocks and fork springs, Dyna 2000, Dynatek green coils and Vance & Hines 4-1 exhaust.
1985 GS1150ES stock with 85 Red E bodywork.
