On my GSX 750 ES 1983 the front brakes are not so good,Will it improve a lot to change to stainless brakelines and change the master cylinder to a newer one from a bigger bike ex GSXR1100 or CBR1000,Or must i also change the calipers?

Stainless steel lines will make a big improvement of 25+ year rubber ones. You should be fine with the master cylinder and calipers you have. You may want to change the brake pads if you have not replaced them. -
The 1983 brakes are about the best of the bunch. With stainless lines & decent pads they are "ok". Hard work if you ever ride 2 up though & pretty wooden feeling.
I have a set of 6 pot Tokico's on mine... they are overkill for sure!
