Good info Rob, where do you think the weight was saved? I'm thinking the forks, bandit swinger and the wheels have to be close to stock in weight?

    Any thoughts?

I'd say most of the differance would be in the wheels. My stock wheels felt much heavier than the wheels that are on it now.

The bandit arm is much heavier than stock gs arm. Front end is about the same.
I have the weight comparison chart on my website if you want hard numbers.

Wheels, header, calipers and chain are the lionshare of the weight loss.

Also worth noting, the stock rear shocks are pretty heavy....just one OE rear shock weighs more than both Fox or Marzocchi items.
The 4X1 exhaust system accounts for at least a 25lb saving (depending on brand) over the stock system. Losing the main stand picks up a couple more too.

I shaved close to 25 lbs just on the exhaust. The radials are quite a bit lighter than the stock bias plies. Wheels and tires are a great place to save weight.

Yeh, you can get some light pipes. I weighed several pipes I have here and ranged 5-25 lbs in savings. An old V&H pipe was the lightest.
