What are you using for an oil cooler? And how does IT attach to a bracket? I assume you are mounting it front of frame high up beneath the headlight? Where are your oil lines running from / to? Those answers would be a good starting point to help you figure out how, but the first thought that popped into my head when I read your post was ... pipe strapping. It's mild steel, comes in a roll. Pre-punched holes, etc. Very versatile. Cuts it with a pair of tin snips. You should be able to pick up a small roll at any hardware store for a few bucks. That, a few nuts and bolts and a can of black spray paint (plus your ingenuity, of course) and you should be good to go.
