520 Sprocket to fit GS sprocket carrier

No luck for me on ebay finding any Bandit 520 conversion offset sprockets!
A search for offset sprockets did reveal that a GS1000 & GS1100E use a countershaft (output shaft) sprocket with a 25mm diameter 13 spline count. From ebay:

Just machine the 530 sprocket to 520 dimension. I discussed this with a sprocket manufacturer and that is what they told me to do. The hardness treating is only on the face of the teeth, not the sides.

I Google searched the forum to dig up some more info. I'll lump it along here for reference:

Apparently Kosman makes a few sizes in offset 520 sprockets for our bikes.
Katman on this forum has also sold a few to members:

Another thing I think from Dan Salty_Monk:

"also have the option of buying the DID ERV3 Chain which will gain me 0.75mm each side.
Currently I have choice of 2 chains - RK X ring (20mm wide at the pins) or RK XW ring which is 21mm wide at the pins"

The more clearance on this wide tire narrow engine narrow frame build, the better... this saved me from a bit of researching the narrowest strong 520 o-ring chain.

Rob Wilton has that sprocket but in 530 if you have a lathe or a machine shop you can purchase one from him chuck it up in a lathe and take .115 off the outside to just below the root of the tooth so the chain would wrap and you would have a 520. The pitch is the same and since the chain doesnt contact there it would not be an issue with wear from the case hardening being removed. If you want us to build one it could be a month to 6 weeks easily , we have to send them to case hardening so i hate to give an exact time frame.hope this helps.
