Those are in bad shape. You could try polishing them, best bet is to send them off and have them reground

why would you want to risk ruining your head with those cams?
You will likely suffer follower failure and could easily potentially damage one of the cam saddles from the looks of it. You are pretty much guaranteed to have extra metal floating around.
You did not mention here your are running about a 30-40 hp NOS boost on an an 1166 , so those cams will likely fry pretty fast.

An old dirt track racer once told me how to check a used cam. "Take the cam and throw it against a brick wall as hard as you can. If it breaks, it was a good one. You could have reused it. If it doesn't break, it's no good. Throw it away."
