    ATP Turbo GS750

So a friend of mine Bought this bike a few years back and has been tossing money at it here and there. He is a Tech so it's kinda a long term project. it's a '79 GS750e with and ATP turbo kit. He is in the process of resealing the turbo but there isn't much in the way of information on the kit is there anyone around that has one?

    its a rajay turbo.
    there out of business.
NOS parts are out there but very expensive.
tell him to leave the turbo alone if the bikes not smoking.
it should be a B or F trim looks like a 370 cartridge rajay.
i have ran this type of set up for many years.
keep clean oil to it and don't shut it off right away after making boost.
old school but makes good wide open HP.
if i can help him out....give me a call if your in the states.

he found a seal kit for the turbo, as he has said the carb that they used is on off and garbage the really funny part is that the turbo diesel VW rabbit used a similar rayjay. he bought the bike with a fried motor and got a bike for the motor so it's not working with what is came with for carb or not he wants to keep it period original but...

rajay is one of the few turbo's with a carbon seal.
without that seal on a draw threw system you end up sucking the oil from the cartridge into the intake...then you have a 2 stroke..haha

Before he pulled it apart he ran it and it wouldn't spool so he started the parts research and found a place in Seattle that had a seal kit but he got and NSR250 (87 mc16 first year) with a license plate so he has been side tracked with riding the little blue smoker
