Big Bore for a GS750E

I have asked this a few different times and no one has really given me a good answer. After you get a big bore kit what needs to be done? I know you need to take it to a shop, but does the sleave get bored out or does the block get bored out and new 850 sleaves get pressed in? There are 2 big bore kits available on ebay and was wondering if this would be worth my time (and money).

The sleeve gets bored out to accept the bigger pistons. There is enough "meat" in the sleeves to bore them out to suit an 850 big bore kit.

Thanks between the two of you i think i finally have it cleared up in my head. I wasnt sure if the sleaves would be thick enough to machine out enough. Might just have to think about this now!
