But it will be cooler. Black attacts heat whereas lighter colors reflect it.

        That makes it cool 8)

Are you referring to the flatulent affect too many oranges can have on you? Leaving you in their wake?

I am just trying to understand here

Wrench and I have a, well, um, a similar twisted comedic outlook on things.

Tonight I go out to do more work guys I should be able to finish up my brakes and if the engine case has been welded then I can put on the front sprocket and cut the chain in and mount the chain guard. It's getting so close. I really hope there is progress on the engine when I get there.

I don't know what it is going to take to finish the head but maybe I should just buy one. It is still sitting just as I left it :x

The good news is that last night we took the engine back out and Joe gas welded the case where I cracked it.

The crack I made was like a clean cookie cutter had hit the case and made a perfectly circular cutout in the case side. But it only cracked about ? of the way around and was not pushed through so it was weld ready.

It was unbelievable to watch. He simply cleaned it up a bit where I had cracked it and then took the torch (Mapp gas and O2) and heated the surface until it sweat and then hit it with the aluminum stick and it welled right into a perfect little puddle right over the top of that area.

We cleaned it up really good with the rotary grinder and a small tip to check and it was a perfect seal. Then we laid hi-temp epoxy over it just to be safe and act like a band aid since we worked the metal in that area. We then cleaned and epoxy?d the other side too since it was touched but not cracked.

We put the engine back in the frame and I went on to finish rebuilding my front brake caliper and mounted it. I took the time to completely bleed it out really good with new fluid (again, just because I could) and she is ready to stop the bike. Now I just need to work on the part that makes it go!

Sorry, no pics this time. I just needed to get work done and time was limited.

I actually thought about that I even photoshoped it.
I also photoshoped the stock S model blue and white paint job
                            done in orange.
