82 GS750 valves pinging

that many miles , the springs are weak, need new ones, there not closing fast enough im thinking, do you lose power higher speeds?, valve float?
300 dollars or so ,new rings,gaskets and springs/lapp them while apart is what i would suggest pennies for a rebuild,then no worries

mine had 30k and the springs are at the limit free standing limit that is, so 40k prolly needs replaced, you can get a duel spring performance kit for a lil over factory new springs,web cams 127.00 i believe
if it keeps getting worse there could be a chance of dropping a valve, thats why i am sayin just replace 'em i dont want to suggest you keep running it and get hurt just my opinion
