where to find 520 offset front sprockets?

Looking into buying an offset sprocket for my GS but I can only find them in 630 or 530 pitch.

Any luck finding these in a 520 pitch?

    Looking for around 12mm offset

Randy at Advanced Precision in Oregon can help you out with any oddball custom sprocket requests like the one I had .

He did my 520 offset a few years ago, not sure if he's still around.

    His phone number is 888-347-7262.

I got one from him last month. The last 5/8 17 tooth 520 pitch sprocket he had in stock.

Good guy and easy to work with.

      Might do another run.

on the phone he said he does the sprockets for a guy in Canada...pretty sure he was talking about katman as he mentioned katanas.

So these are custom made by a fabricator?

How much does he sell them for?

Just to be sure the gs twins and the big gs's all use the same sprocket spline design?

Yes, Randy is a man with a plan when it comes to fabricating sprockets.

Mine was $50 years ago, call for current pricing.

Pretty much all Suzukis from the 70s on use the same spline pattern. Look here at the schematics to confirm for your application: http://www.jtsprockets.com/catalogue

Yeah mine was $50. Like $55 shipped to my door.

Great people there, and great product.

Called in to get one made from advance precision 4-5 weeks turnaround it looks like.

Hopefully it doesnt set me back too far with the build.

You could buy a 530 sprocket & get it reduced in thickness. 530 & 520 chains have the same pitch. The 520 is just thinner. That's what I did.

That was proposed to me but I would rather not mess with the sprocket as I dont have access to a machine shop easely.
