I have spoke to him at length. It is incomplete no electrics axle blocks sprokets bearing support air etc has a crappy front end. He back halfed the chassis will it go straight ?it is a push button start 1428 with lots of good parts and I seriously considered it. Says engine ran mid 8s in another frame?
