Pulled off the cooler today. Don't really need one at 5 degrees and breakin. Bought a new one off Ebay. (new one)
looked like I had a leak coming from a faulty "O" ring on the front head nut left side so I pulled the cam cover and replaced it. NOpe still have a leak somewhere.
did manage to get in a 15mm ride today.
Long day goin to bed.

WELL, WELL,
He did get it done today...she is dry now and he fixed my little clutch problem. He had to shim it .020 but I took him a couple basket bearings and wouldn't you know it one was 1.25mm narrower...so all good now.
I rode it home from the shop. nice sunny day...RUNS LIKE CRAP. AHAHAH
The build is done and the tuning begins. I have some burpin and popin going on. Found the ecellerator pump screw was backed right out so turned it in as well as the air mixture. Didn't seem to help. I did some testing on the highway and found it ran better with a little choke.
My headlight burned out and my throttle cable broke AGAIN so I put the stock one back on. Not for long though.
She corners like a dream compared to stock as you boys and girls know who have done the conversion.
My engine man told me she should pull hard to 10,000. You drag racers can comment on that. He is a drag racer too. He hopefully will be taking the Canadian record for fasted street legal bike.this summer. It's dyno'd at 400hp.
had to pull off the LED signals and put the stocks back on till I get a load equalizer to make them work.
Man, it sure is nice to be ridin the beast finally. Nicer when I sort out the fine tuning and can get into some serious RPMMMMMMM.
Oh yeah, still have the bandit arm to put on.

Way to go.
Can honestly say I didn't follow this from the beginning but read thru all the pages Monday just to get caught up.
One of the best reads I have had in a while.
Truly a sweet ride and a work of art.
Best of luck on getting everything buttoned up.

Do you know what size jets are in those 36's.
I'm thinking they come with 130 for 1100's and 120 for the 750's.
130 maybe to small and you may need a 140 if the needles are adjusted all the way up.
