    Still need to trim the front of the tail section and make the seat. I just mocked this tail and seat up to take a pic to see how it looked. Please give pos/neg feedback, I don't care. That is a (rusty & roadrashed) Yosh pipe. I was going to cut it up to make a 4-2 up the tail. That has changed since I don't like cutting up possible rare parts. Instead I'm goin to fab up a slip on at the collector that will seperate there into duals.

    G'day, in my humble opinion teh rear ride height is very high, yes I do realise the bike is on a stand and unladen, but you did ask for opinions.

      Yah, I see what you're saying about the rear in the air. It is a mockup,nothing permanent. Comments and suggestions is what this great site is for. I will be running an 18" rear wheel instead of the 16" in the pic. That should take up a little more space. I guess I should throw one of them 18"ers on there and take another pic. :twisted:

      swingarm, guages, handlebars and wheels are off a 1983 Suzuki GR650X
      tank is from a 1980 GS1000G
      tail section is a GS500 (early '80's) gas tank

        Anyone recognise the exhaust. what year and model it should be on. It says NOT FOR ROAD USE on the lower right hand side.
