It also doesn't have a full fairing which as far as I know is what the EF stands for ? I thought the half fairing model would be ES and the last E was the model ?Old age and treachery will beat youth and skill every time1983 GS 750

Yes I noticed the GSX100 also. (typo I'm assured) The web site for the magazine is www.classicmechanics.com But will need a subscription to read any of the articles. I have found out as they have a written mag also delivered to your door for all you vintage guys out there. All in all a pretty decent rag. Thinking about subscribing myself. One of my other mechanics brings it in monthly and shares all the vintage Suzuki articles with us. Last month they dissected the gs1000 Yoshi ,Wes Cooley ride.sigpic 82 gs1100ez 1168 Wiseco,Web .348 Cams,Falicon Sprockets,Star Racing Ported Head,1mm o/s Stainless Valves,APE Springs,Bronze Guides, etc.APE Billet Tensioner,36CV Carbs,Stage 3 Dynojet,Plenum w/K&N filter,Trued,Welded,Balanced,Crank w/Katana rods & Billet left end, FBG backcut trans, VHR HD Clutch basket,APE nut,VHR High volume oil pump gears,1150 Oil cooler,V&H Megaphone header w/Competition baffle,Dyna S,Coils,Wires, etc.Other misc.mods.

Just a tip-don't send off to the UK for a subscription, go to www.classicbikebooks.com, in Wisconsin, to save about 30% off the direct UK subscription price. Nice folks there, as well.sigpicSome of the totally committed probably should be.

Try suzukicycles.org, there were some countries that got a GSX1100 EFE in 84 which was 1100cc and had the 1135cc version released in 85. I had and 85 EFE which was full faired.

GER144
Same bike world wide, 1984-1986. In North America it was called a GS1150 (E, EF, EFE). In Europe and the rest of the world it was known as the GSX1100 (E,EF,EFE). Faired, or un-faired, same engine at 1135cc.
