Swapping Flywheels (850 onto 1000)
I have the flywheel (rotor), stator & cover of an 850 parts bike & everything fits on my 1000. the only difference being the diameter & weight of the flywheel & stator. Wondering if having less weight hanging on the end of the rotator is going to cause issues with the crank or bearings. Is a lighter rotating assembly an advantage?Tags: None

If you pull the clutch and twist the throttle, you might be able to hit redline a few thousandths of a second quicker.
by the time you factor in about 600 pounds of bike attached downstream, you will never notice it.
